Happy Easter

We have a tradition on Oriole Ave at Easter, we have breakfast with the neighbors. Shannon and Grant came and she insisted that we have all the decorations and even have an Easter Egg Hunt, like we used to. I've gotten rid of most of the decorations, but found all the greeting cards that were given to her from Grandma's and Grandpa's and relatives over her life. I put them all up on display and in a basket. When she saw them she said, hey you guys got lots of Easter cards and we didn't get any. Then she started reading them. There are special sentiments written from Grandma and Grandpa Olson and from Nana and Papa from Seattle, all who have since passed. She loved seeing them.

All kids need to get an Easter Basket! I also put up her Easter art from when she was little on the fridge.

The Britt's were busy this morning, off to the airport, we missed you.

Such a cute couple.

Shannon insisted we do the egg hunt. It was fun.

Grant's birthday is next Sunday. We'll be on our cruise to Hawaii, so we celebrated it with him today. Shannon is wearing his new hat and looks pretty cute in it.

It looks like Grant is all set to party.

After cleaning up, we enjoyed the warm sunshine in the yard, it was a perfect day.

Working on the tans.

I love Springtime.

We ended up at the movies, saw 21 Jump Street (do not take kids to that movie, nasty but funny). Thanks for a special Easter, family and friends. I hope you all had as nice a day as we did. Love to everyone.
